There is no mandatory maintenance contract. Dynamic licenses include a first level of simple support without additional charge under the usual fair usage provision. Training and support for static and higher level requirements are available ad hoc and are billed based as per the fees listed hereunder.
$910.00/month - Intensive Care program - this program includes daily training sessions, logons and verifications usually only appropriate for the initial training and installation phase.
$65.00/subject matter - email support - the case must be presented per E-mail, properly described and possibly illustrated with screen captures.
$110.00/hour - Ad hoc support - custom work for specific client needs is handled as per our hourly fees.
Front & back end revenue cycle management : 8% of total postings.
Back end revenue cycle management : 4% of total postings.
